With the goal of once again strengthening initiatives by cisgender, transgender, and other trans-identity women, ELAS+ launches the Call for Proposals for Women in Movement 2024 – for Democracy, Gender Justice and Climate Action, in partnership with UN Women. Thus reinforcing democratic principles and social justice, and promoting the fight against various forms of violence against women.

Sixty groups will be supported, with direct donations of up to R$50,000 for each group, totaling R$3 million.

ELAS+ believes that women are indispensable agents of change and transformation to ensure political participation in a supportive and committed way to expanding rights in different territories of the country and, therefore, strengthens activism through our Call for Proposals.

Applications for the call for proposals can be submitted until June 10th, at 11:59 PM.
