Baobá – Fund for racial equity, a member organization of Rede Comuá, launched the notice on August 9 Careers on the Move.
The notice is an opportunity to invest in the development of skills and abilities (hard and soft skills) among black people who are at the beginning of their professional careers or seeking career mobility in the private sector.
The notice includes the Present and Future in Motion Program which constitutes a joint effort to develop, among black people of different age groups, technical skills, socio-emotional and behavioral skills and, consequently, expand the employability potential of this group in the private, public or third sector.
This is a seed resource, for strategic use and intended to contribute to expanding the employability potential of black people for professionals in the following areas:
Black, Brazilian, people of other nationalities or stateless people, residents of any state in the country or Federal District, who are attending higher education or have completed higher education, who need to cover specific expenses with activities to develop or expand their technical skills or socio-emotional skills. The activities to be financed with resources from the notice must be directly related to the entry, development or career progression plan in the private sector.
