Committed to improving its territories and searching for short and medium-term solutions to the challenges faced, Casa Fluminense has just opened registrations for another edition of the Fund. O Rio 2030 Agenda Notice: Confronting Environmental Racism, Citizen Data Generation and Political Incidence It is already on the streets and this year there is a focus on these three pillars that are strategic in the current context of the Rio de Janeiro metropolis.
In this year 25 projects will be selected who will receive support of 12 thousand reais each. Within the framework of the Casa's 10 years, the Fund reaches the achievement of more than one million reais distributed in projects on the outskirts of Rio. The Casa will choose between collectives, social movements, organizations and economic initiatives from all the peripheries of the 22 municipalities of the Metropolitan Region of Rio de Janeiro.
This is the seventh edition of the Rio Agenda Notice from the Casa Fluminense Fund, which has matured to be a support space for the local projects it supports. So, this year's recipients will also have workshops on: accountability, guide to local agendas, narrative report, territorial political advocacy, how to obtain the CNPJ, advocacy, impact assessment and moments of exchanging experiences with other selected projects. The idea is that with this movement, the notice will be able to strengthen the activities of civil society organizations in the metropolis and boost the debate on public policies based on the Rio 2030 Agenda.
