"The research “Community philanthropy and Environmental Education: analysis of the circle of donors on the North Coast of SP” was part of the first edition of Rede Comuá's Saberes Program. This proposal sought to systematize the experience of the Brazilian Environmental Education Fund (FunBEA) in planning and structuring the donation circle “How much is it worth?” (2022), seeking to investigate which strategies were adopted in their various aspects: articulation and partnerships; construction of narratives and communication; mobilization of resources; relationship with supported socio-environmental collectives and donors. The research also included a bibliographic review about international and national experiences of donation circles, seeking to analyze and discuss how donation circles are established in the international and national context, contributing to discussions and reflections on the experience of the FunBEA donation circle."
