This joint publication by CESE and PAD – International Articulation and Dialogue Process is the result of the systematization of reflections carried out during a dialogue circle promoted by CESE, which took place virtually on the 7th and 14th of July 2021, with PAD in mediating one of the debate tables. The reflections presented here aim to help deepen the understanding of support and partnerships for development, in the field of rights defense organizations, in a scenario of economic and health crises and the growth of philanthropy in the country. This is a structuring discussion and challenges us to take a more comprehensive look at this scenario, which is dynamic and full of uncertainties: What is the current context of cooperation?
