The Brazilian Human Rights Fund launches the LGBTQIA+ Defending Rights 2023 notice. The initiative aims to support organized civil society in the fight to guarantee the fundamental rights of the LGBTQIA+ population, which is widely affected by various forms of violence, including institutional violence, as well as sub- political representation and lack of access to basic survival conditions.

At least 20 projects will be supported, with up to R$ 40 thousand reais each, totaling R$ 800,000.00 in donations. They can present collective projects, groups and non-governmental organizations with or without CNPJ.
