The institution, which has been operating for over 5 (five) years, works to strengthen people and organizations, articulate communities and weave networks, promoting, through collaboration, the transition to a common world among those who are different. creativity leads the transition to good living, citizenship is organized into more self-governed communities and cooperative networks, the State and private agents submit to community collective action and that care guides social and economic reorganization<\/span><\/div>\n<p id=\"viewer-8774f\" class=\"xVISr Y9Dpf bCMSCT OZy-3 lnyWN yMZv8w bCMSCT public-DraftStyleDefault-block-depth0 fixed-tab-size public-DraftStyleDefault-text-ltr\"><span class=\"B2EFF public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\">In 2021, the Lab contributed to the training of 18 leaders in the fight against the pandemic, with the training of <a class=\"TWoY9 itht3\" href=\"https:\/\/lab.procomum.org\/2021\/07\/formando-agentes-populares-de-saude-e-uma-rede-de-cuidado\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-hook=\"linkViewer\"><u class=\"D-jZk\">community health agents<\/u><\/a> to promote well-being and prevent Covid-19 in communities. <\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"viewer-5dvoq\" class=\"xVISr Y9Dpf bCMSCT OZy-3 lnyWN yMZv8w bCMSCT public-DraftStyleDefault-block-depth0 fixed-tab-size public-DraftStyleDefault-text-ltr\"><span class=\"B2EFF public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\"><a class=\"TWoY9 itht3\" href=\"https:\/\/colaboradora.procomum.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-hook=\"linkViewer\"><u class=\"D-jZk\">The Collaborator<\/u><\/a> is another project of the institution, which combines training and experience of collaborative practices for social entrepreneurs, artists and other creative professionals with the aim of strengthening cooperation, building
